New World: Day 2

Read Time:56 Second

Believe it or not, I didn’t have to queue! I played a little longer this time around even though I was aiming for about 30 minutes again. But, I did get to the settlement, so that’s why it took just a tad bit longer. Once I arrived in town, the framerates went to shit but it’s not like that doesn’t happen in World of Warcraft either. I’m running a bit of an older card, AMD R9 380 series with the latest drivers, so that might have a little to do with it. Otherwise, this card still performs well for me on practically everything I’ve thrown at it.

I have to admit there’s a lot going on in New World. I do feel slightly overwhelmed with trying to learn and keep up with everything that happens. The leveling experience seems to be pretty fast, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Trying to learn the points that you’ve earned for your character as well as your weapons is something you probably shouldn’t try to figure out while in hostile territory.

Enjoy the video!
